A sliding gate makes leaving for work in the morning and arriving home in the evening more comfortable. It can be opened by remote and closes automatically — you can even operate both the sliding gate and the garage door from the same remote. As a safety accessory we recommend a photocell (infrared barrier), which detects people without contact and instantly stops the gate.
Track-guided sliding gate
The gate rolls on a guide rail sunk into the ground. Its advantage is that it can close very large openings — the gate leaf moves parallel to the fence, on the inner side. It usually opens in one direction, but larger openings can open in both directions.
